We offer you two options when it comes to carpet rug cleaning.
Firstly we can clean your rugs onsite using our highly effective dry cleaning method.
Or, alternatively, we take the rug offsite and do a comprehensive dual clean process.
Onsite Process
- The rug is deep vacuumed, using an industrial strength vaccum cleaner with a power head.
- Next we pre-spray the rug with either our luxaclean or luxaprime product.
- The rugs are cleaned using the dry cleaning method.
- Integrated into this clean is sanitising and deoderising.
Dual Clean Process
- We take the rug offsite to our factory, where the rug undergoes a badgering process.
- A colour run test is done on the rug pile. If the colour is found to be unstable, we only do a conservative dry clean. If the colour is stable we first steam clean the rug, dry it in the drying room overnight, and dry clean it the following day.
- We use the luxaprime product when dry cleaning, to facilitate conditioning, nourishing and protecting the pile.
- The rug is returned to you once it is completely dry.
