The website is designed with our customers in mind, in that it provides transparency, functionality and choice.
Should you not wish to engage with the system at all, that's fine, just get our contact details by clicking on the Contact Us tab and phone through your booking.
An additional option would be to key in your contact details in the message facility, and we will contact you.
Without registering with the site or logging into the site you can immediatedly obtain a reasonably accurate quote of your requirements. This ensures that our prices are consistent across all post codes.
Should you not be satisfied with the quote produced, you have no further obligation.
Should you wish to proceed further using the system, do the following ;

• If not previously registered, Register with the website and Login.
• Your quote, can now become an appointment.
• Modify the content of your appointment, if required.
• Proceed and select a convenient date and time for your appointment
• Your appointment date, start time, and approximate end time will be displayed
• You can at any time from now on modify, reschedule or cancel your appointment

In future, you would be able to keep track of all your past appointments, what you had done and when, how much did it cost? etc.
You can also maintain your contact and address details, should they change. Should you own more than one property you can add the additional ones, and easily manage appointments for all properties whenever required to.
